Pre and Post Natal Specialist – Dina Steinberg
After finishing University following the path of my course into an accountancy office, I soon realised that a life behind a desk wasn’t for me. Whilst on maternity leave with my 2nd child, the transition into becoming a Personal Trainer was an easy decision to make. I have always been conscious of my health and wellbeing, and with a history of playing a variety of sports and always working out, I knew it was the right path to go down. I am Ready Steady FIT’s Pre and Post Natal Specialist and get a real buzz out of helping all those mums get back into fighting shape.
After becoming a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I became experienced in a variety of training and exercise techniques.

I have a real passion for helping people realise that they can achieve their fitness potential and then maintain the health and physique that they desire. As a busy mum, keeping fit has become essential to my life; it’s not about finding the time, it’s about making the time.
