Head Trainer – Oliver Henry
Our Head Trainer & Founder, Oliver Henry, runs the Ready Steady FIT team. Oli has a lifelong enthusiasm for sport, fitness and nutrition. He found his passion for Fitness Life Coaching after suffering a horrendous injury (aged 19), which laid him up for over a year. During rehab, Oli developed a deep passion for the fitness industry and realised he had a natural way of helping people achieve their goals and live a healthier happier life.
Now, fully recovered, Oli has a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the fitness industry. He strives to stay on top of the game learning about all the latest techniques, research and fitness theories. He is an NCFE qualified Personal Fitness Trainer (REPs level 4), and an NCFE Nutrition and Weight Consultant; both achieved with high distinction.
Oli specialises in a wide range of training techniques; from functional training, which helps people lead a more sustainable, healthy lifestyle, to intense exercise strategies that aim to give people the levels of fitness and body shape that they have always wanted – you give him a goal, and he will help you reach it!
He has devised his own fitness formula, combining an in-depth knowledge of training styles, nutritional information and fitness psychology to help anyone, in any situation, attain their ambition.
Oli emphasises the importance of personal service and ensures every client feels special and part of the Ready Steady FIT family.
