I’ve always had a passion for exercise and fitness and enjoy helping and encouraging people to improve their health through training. It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is, it’s about where you want to be in 1 month, 6 months or even further into the future. Whether your goal is to lose weight, become stronger or running a marathon, I will help you to get the results you want, whilst making sure your training is enjoyable and sustainable.
I am a REPs Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, and am currently studying for a Level 4 Obesity and Diabetes Management qualification. I specialise in the following –

- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

- Functional movement analysis
- Strength and conditioning
- Sports specific skill development
I’ve played a wide range of sports from a young age and have always enjoyed the physical, mental and social benefits that come with being physically active. I have a particular interest in racket sports and am constantly looking to improve my fitness and skills. Being a personal trainer, I find it extremely fulfilling to get clients not just hitting their goals but smashing through them!
