Personal Trainer – Joe
Having suffered from a weight problem during my childhood, I decided to enter the fitness world and use my knowledge of weight loss and conditioning to help others.
I use fitness methods that I personally used to help motivate clients to show them that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Now that I feel happy and fitter in myself, I want to help inspire others too.
It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, focus on sports conditioning, put on weight or focus on pilates based exercises, I will help you reach your goals. I aim to make exercise entertaining rather than it being a chore.
I have a full Level 2 and Level 3 qualification in Health and Wellbeing and am currently furthering my knowledge with a Pilates degree.
I am REPS level 3 qualified and specialise in:
