After having to step away from professional cricket due to a few long term injuries, I decided to use my experience of rehabilitation and regaining fitness levels to enter the fitness industry.
I draw upon all my knowledge of my own experience to motivate clients on their fitness journey. Now that I am back fitter and stronger than before my injuries, I help people realise their full potential.
Whether it be weight loss, weight gain, sports specific, rehabilitation, and so on, I can help you achieve any fitness goal. I help you find the right solution to achieve results whilst making sure they are enjoyable and most importantly sustainable.
I am a fully qualified Heath and wellness specialist and am currently undergoing a further Strength & Conditioning degree to widen my knowledge base.
I am REPs level 3 qualified and specialise in:
